Return Policy
Return and Refund Policy:
Kvapu gama perfumery is a non-returnable item. All sales are final. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and hygiene of our fragrances. We always recommend ordering testers and testing the perfume before purchasing larger quantities.
Damaged products:
Please take a video of your shipment upon receipt and take a photo of it while unpacking. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately by e-mail pagalba@kvapugama.lt and send us the damaged perfume material. We will gladly replace the item if the damage is not due to improper use or improper unpacking. Shipping costs are not refundable for returned and refused packages. Any shipping costs incurred by you when returning the item to us are non-refundable. The only exception is if we made a shipping error.
Faulty goods:
Faulty goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item to the Buyer, in accordance with the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Items approved by the Minister of Economy, Order No. 217 of 29 June 2001 “On Approval of the Rules for Returning and Exchanging Items”. The costs of delivering the item to the seller are paid by the buyer. By providing the following information:
- Name, surname;
- order no.;
- product name;
- bank account no.;
- request to terminate the purchase and sale agreement with the specified reason.
After the Perfume Range Administration approves the return/exchange of goods. Buyers must comply with the following conditions:
1. The returned item must be in its original and undamaged packaging;
2. The item must be unused (testers cannot be returned);
3. The item must not have been damaged by the Buyer;
4. The item must not have lost its commercial appearance, the surface must not be scratched. This point does not apply in the case of a returned item of poor quality. Changes to the appearance of the item or its packaging that were necessary to inspect the item cannot be considered substantial changes to the appearance of the item;
5. The returned item must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
6. When returning the item, it is necessary to provide its purchase document (if it was issued) and a completed return document.
7. If the Seller proves that the defects of the goods arose due to the Buyer's violation of the rules for the use or storage of the goods, such goods shall not be replaced, the defects shall not be eliminated free of charge and the money shall not be refunded.
8. In the event of a dispute regarding changes in the appearance of the goods or damage to the goods, the Seller must apply in writing to the State Non-Food Products Inspectorate, and upon receiving the written conclusions from it, immediately notify the Buyer thereof. We deliver to other countries under a separate agreement, and the price depends on the chosen delivery method.
